Shipping Information
We ship from Austria to customers within the European Union. Delivery outside the EU is currently not available.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received. The estimated delivery time is displayed during the ordering process.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the destination country, shipping method, and total weight of your order. Free shipping is available from a certain order value — displayed accordingly in the shop.
Delivery Times
- Austria: approx. 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Other EU countries: approx. 4–10 business days after dispatch
Please note that public holidays, customs processing, or carrier delays may result in longer delivery times. Depending on your location, delivery may also arrive sooner.
Personalised Products
For personalised items, production begins once personalisation details and payment have been received. Changes to personalisation are not possible once production has started. Please review your details carefully before completing your order.
Partial Deliveries
If not all products are immediately available, we reserve the right to make a partial delivery where reasonable. No additional shipping costs will be charged for this.
Shipping Carriers
We ship with Österreichische Post, DPD, GLS, or an equivalent carrier. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer bears the cost of redelivery and any other fees incurred.
